Las Iguanas launched its new and exciting Spring/Summer menu on the 24th March, delivering truly authentic South American flavours located by its dedicated team of passionate foodies after scouring the world for artisan suppliers of hard-to-find flavours.
The new menu boasts nine new delicious dishes and a whole host – no fewer than 13 – of more-ish cocktails and wines. From the fresh and healthy cranberry and avocado salad to Camarão A La Criolla – succulent prawns cooked expertly in one of the 30 speciality home-made sauces featuring no less than nine distinctive but complementary flavours. Concluding with the new prize winning Tembleque pudding which is a divine mix of creamy coconut with mixed berries and mango puree.
